Orange (Formula?) Poole

My first thought was thst it was an '89 Clockwork frame .
Could be a production Formula though, I'll await the opinions of more expert Orange fans than me though...

I'd say almost certainly a Formula. Someone please buy this and take that rack and lock off this A.S.A.P., they're making me wince looking at them on that bike!
Pretty terrible pictures unfortunately to get a good look at it.

A Yates-built bike judging by the cross-brace on the seat stays. I’ve a Yats tandem with the exact same detail. Just down the road from me this one 8)

Pretty sure it’s a separate bike. That one was lugged. This looks brazed
