I've done a quick search and couldn't find anything. Maybe I'm typing the wrong thing in.

But where can I get the roller that sits at the back of the seat tube to U-turn the front mech cable.
(as in picture)

Mine has a crack in it from centre to edge :(

dmr make one that clamps around the seat tube, try a shop that does alot of cyclocross stuff, should be less than a tenner.

Thanks, of course I don't need the clamp on part, but if the roller fits that should do, looks plastic though or is it PTFE ?

Didn't think of getting one made, I know a man that just might be able to do that from a slab of Aluminium. He builds up old vintage cars making his own parts for them, so that should be a do doddle. Just the bushing in the middle where it fastens may be harder to make/fit.

Though for the price of that roller, I can could probably sell my M900 front mech and buy a M901 version, lol.

I ordered one of those DMR Mech Verters from Chain Reaction, expecting a black plastic wheel but the one taht came was red ano aluminium. IIRC the wheel is fixed to the band with a standard bottle cage bolt (M4?) and was a straight replacement for the missing wheel on my frame.

I can get some measurements and a pic if you need them.

cheers

Front mech roller thing?

Are there any other makes of these aside from the DMR Mech Verter?
I'm sure I saw a more meaty version the other day but can't find it now?

I have one sat doing nothing but blanking the hole on my TuffTrax. Mechs that work the right way for the cabling do so a lot better and originality takes a second place for me!

I assume identical to yours - what do I need to check?

Ok, thanks.
I thought while I was looking for the I saw a much thicker / stronger looking one, but I can't find it now!
I think maybe I imagined it!
