I've just received a Rocky Mountain Hammer frame and various parts which all arrived in beautiful condition and beautifully wrapped. The frame was in perfect condition and exactly and accurately as described and photographed.
The frame was sent by a very high quality courier (UPS) and was trackable the whole way. It also took just a few days to arrive from Italy to the UK.
I have no qualms at all in buying from Gianni again in the future.
