WTD: helpful US-based RB'er to help with ebay purchase

Howdy folks,
I've come to the conclusion that the stem I have on my crosser is too long and steep, but I've found the perfect solution on ebay and at a decent price:

but the seller will only ship to US addresses AND the auction is only set up to accept bids from US registered accounts.

Could one of you fine fellows over there maybe help me out with the transaction?? I'm waiting to hear from a friend of mine (who owes me a favour) to see if he can help, but figured I'd ask on here too!
