WTD: 34.9 front mech SORTED THANKS

Thanks a lot for all your responses. Without meaning to offend/annoy anyone I'm.getting my tiny brain all confused. I need a front mech which is compatible with a shimano nine speed set up. Apologies for not making that clearer. Dead rats I think that your m760 is 8 speed specific?

I'll delete pic, it will work with 9 speed but not officially!

M739 was originally 8 speed BUT it WILL fork with 9 no problem...

I've previously run M900 9 speed. Shimano mechs are mostly all capable of 7-9 speed shifting no matter what it is.

Plus 739 looks gorgeous!

Don't forget mate.. If it's SRAM (Guessing by the X7 on the subject) the OP will need a SRAM or SRAM ratio shifter.

I'm pretty sure I have a Deore m590 mega 9 (black band) kicking about in the shed, it's nothinng fancy & has had about 6 months worth of use while I tracked down some period bits for my M2 Stumpy's driveline but if u interested & i can put my hands on it, I'm sure I can stretch to a little karma!!
