18 to 24 miles dependent on conditions and time .
Meet 10 for 10.30 start , lunch booked for about 1 .
Mixture of woodland trails and bridleways with a couple or short road bits , it will be muddy but not a pushing slopfest , I checked the worst bits yesterday and rode 98% with no dabs .
Lots of getouts/shortcuts if any disasters happen so we should be back by 3.30 to 4 at the latest.
Come and be surprised by how unurban this urban ride is .
