Does anybody know the year this frame would of been built?

Witcomb frame 650869. 1969

Hi just started restoring this frame, it has a serial number of 650869, which i believe means it was built in 1969,
the frame is coming up really well ill post some pictures soon

My Late father's Witcomb which is currently away being re-chromed and re-sprayed. As it is away I cannot hunt for any serial numbers, but it is Columbus tubing. If anyone has any thoughts on approximate age then that would be great. My father lived in Deptford from approx. 1991 to 1997 and I suspect ordered the frame during that time.
