Make a Coke can shim and see if that's the right size - if it is, then you need 30.6mm. If it's still loose then try two thicknesses which would take it to 30.8mm.

Or test it with some feeler gauges, if you have (or can borrow) some.

I was just pointing out that a Coke can is 0.1mm thick, not 0.2mm as jamabikes said.

A coke can is 0.1 mm thick - I make brake calliper shims from them.

The alumimium slider on a 3.5 inch floppy disc is 0.2 mm - I make brake calliper shims from them too.
