Frame is dating mid 94 made so a 94 or 95
F is Fairly made (kona etc..)
Forks tie in with the year of the frame at 94.
Bits from earlier and bits from late 90s.
If you're not wanting the fork steerer length, iM after that sort of length for a mag21 and have shorter ones for that frame.
