.......or find yourself a suppa bubba suspension hub (or a Pace one) which uses a slotted axle rather than a round one. I have one on my Fat and it does bring the wheel down a few mm. (Speak to Elite504 on here, he may have photos or one to sell)

Yes, I know exactly where they came from because I made them!!
I did it to solve a similar problem, only with the rear hub instead. I didn't want to use chain adjusters and I have a 130mm hub in a 135mm frame so they solved two problems in one. It just took some careful measurements to get the sizing right for chain tension.
