What tyres are you fitting? I had real issues with some continental slicks on a set of wheels that would take most tyres without issue. Might be the tyres as whilst reading up on such things recently, tolerances vary between manufacturers which can't help much.

The ones I took off were bad and the ones I tried to fit were bad too. I can't think what they are called.
