Vintage Rollers I.D? Alloy 4.5"

Hi! Does anyone recognize these old rollers? They have features that appear similar to both Krietler and Cinelli rollers, but I don't believe they're either. Their most unique feature is tubular roller guards (far left first pic)

Any ideas?
