I think I know where it was, it was well after the puncture on a man made path using that black bottoming stuff (road foundation stuff) it doesnt mater I cant wait another 16 years for another one

Rather heavy, it must use very basic chromo tubing, not alot of tyre clearance so 1.95's are max for the rear.

think Fire Mountains and Hahannas were plain guage and therefore abit porky weight wise - still looks good though. IMHO P2 forks don't suit the bigger frame either, which is why I use these.....saracen's finest.......

tyres on this are 1.95 semislicks

I have fitted them and they look OK but your mention of Eck saying they were missing circlips from beneath the adjusters on each leg worries me slightly. I cannot see what the circlips actually do but if they're supposed to be there they must do something :?
