Shock is included, it's a Romic coil over. As for the size, I seem to recall they were s/m/l/xl and whilst my memory isn't 100% on this I think it's a large. Happy to take some measurements if desired. Really should get around to putting up some pics too.

Fairly sure they can, with a kit from CK. IIRC it is 'reassuringly' expensive! To the point it makes little to no sense to buy used and convert, might as well buy new.

I'll leave the hubs. But I am curious about the Turner have you got pictures of that?
