Well I pulled the damn thing apart today and found one bearing seized while the other 2 - drive side seem fine. I suppose that while I have it in bits I should do all 3

The size is 21.5X31X7mm.

Before I go to the bearing factor, is there a particular type or rating that I should ask for?
