Can anyone shed any light on this bike?

Does the frame have a specific model or was it specifically made as a limited edition bike?

Looks like the alloy version in US Postal Service livery. No limited edition, about 20'000 were made per year, welded in Taiwan. Not as sought after as the OCLV full carbon ones that were handmade in Wisconsin and were identical to the ones used by Armstrong's team.
