Assuming that £200 is the asking price, based on the piece of paper stuck to the pump? Doesn't look like there's a seatpost clamping bolt - is the post seized?

Should be. True Temper AT double butted frame and forks. The good old RB archive should have the brochures with specs. Think it’s a 1991 model? A friend had a black (with white crackle/splatter) 970 from around 1990/91
