You can have this fame and forks if you want it, pretty sure it's a Peugeot, so probably 531 and tange forks. Original paint is a blue red white fade, which were the p team colours bitd. Probably a team replica or something, there's a build thread on here regarding a tim Gould bike, that's is is probably a replica of. Rattle can is t cutting off, but bit labour intensive. Can bundle the u brake, seat post and stem if you like.... Project.....

Although they are very similar - I'm sure I read the frames were made in the same factory - I think kermitgreenkona is right about this being an MBK, rather than a Peugeot.

The one things that makes me think that is that I'm pretty sure the Peugeot stems were all single bolt clamp, whereas the MBKs were double bolt clamp, like the stem you have there.
