Rode to Decathlon at a local shopping park to buy a nice bell. Typically they didn't have it in stock!

16 miles round trip, on main roads. Notable that it was probably the fastest 16 miles I've ever done, looking at the time it took.View attachment 841726

Glorious autumn day here in New South Wales's Southern Tablelands. Left it a bit late but tooled around the usual hilly gravel roads and rough paths outside town for an hour. Fitness gradually returning, although the ankle I broke still gets a bit hurty at times.

19 km, 250m climbing. Worth every bead of sweat.

Done a nice organized Gravel ride yesterday with a twist...
approx. 100km, 1.200 m alt in 4:40 hrs...

The guy with the quad was there by pure luck, he left his girlfriend waiting in the bushes, while he was taking one-by-one cyclist across, until it became too deep, as the water was still flowing in from the nearby river...He managed to take a good dozen cyclists across, the rest of the bunch had to take a reroute... . Definitely something to remember... Especially as I didn´t manage to cycle across the next puddle, clearly documented in the next photo
