Titanium Handlebar -Titanium Stem Match ... Help Needed

I have an uncut Sakae Powerbulge Ti. Logos/Markings are mostly rubbed off but you see a faint sign of what was there. You can make out SAKAE and partially the Powerbulge. from that, faint white square on the left hand side, and the two arrow heads, it matches up with those that i've seen listed. Magnet does not stick to this as well. No lightweight though, it's very thick walled and comes in at about 230g.
