Tioga/Sugino tension Disk 2.0

I'm looking at using Dyneema shock Chord from powerkite controls as a replacement, also I'm sure there was a guy who used boat sail glue as an alternative
That rope is too thick. You could not make the union with the original well, much less go through the lower and upper rivets. The type of glue you mention would not work for transparent Tioga, the result is not fine.

This would be the glue that you say, it is used to glue sails or wings of radio controlled airplanes. For Tioga or Sugino with interior aluminum mesh, it would work.

Very interesting read. Have you looked at Honeywell’s Spectra fibres?
