I've checked a few of mine, can't really tell any difference between them. Fixings seem the same on all. Text on a 27.0 I have is opposite to the rest, but other than that, the same. I assume they are from different years, certainly bought at different times, some new, some used.

Strangely, its my 27.0 that has the text the opposite way round too!

I am looking for a 27mm, maybe that is why I thought there are different version seeing the reversed logos.
As it stands now I'm leaning towards they are Canadian and conjured up a seatpost that was so good it never needed a redesign again.
Should know more by the end of the week.

Didn't they copy the Syncros design? which was probably a copy itself to be fair.

I believe “Patent Pending” is what you should be looking for. This one sold a while back.
