The importance of good pictures when selling ...

I don't know what's worse, the pictures or expecting £40 for less than half a bike that looks nothing overly special 🤣

Picture 1 & 4 are almost identical to these 2

The 'road bike' listing is because its arse drags on the road if you try and ride it.

Got only one photo of that item…….check

That photo is actually a screenshot off messenger………check

Best get it on eBay fast.

On the flip side , as a seller you can do perfect pictures , and a detailed description but you will still get questions that are answered by the advert. FB is the worse followed closely by eBay

But yes FB throws up many gems of people trying to sell tat for top money with terrible photos.


The ones I love are the terrible photos , been listed ages and you see a glimpse of a XTR brake lever and they are just glad to see it sold …….
 
… then there’s the intentionally low res or “blurred” images to disguise how scratched/scuffed the paintwork or general finish Of the item Is.
