I don't think you're being greedy at all - Sunn's don't seem to attract the same sort of interest over here as in France, but they're lovely bikes (I've got a 5000 Max and I love it) and I'm sure you'd pay far more for an equivalent Kona or Orange.

What does it measure centre of bottom bracket to top of seat tube where the post goes in?

Had a 98 one and loved it, always regretted selling it.

its 18" from centre of BB to top of seat tube,The seat tube is slightly extended from the crossbar
