Rear derailleur is an rd-l532 light action short cage which can accept upto 28t. New hg40 chain is on order.

Bike is having a mechanical refurb as paint and decals are pretty good.

Hills round here are pretty brutal at times. Average ascent is 1000 ft per 10 miles. I do like to climb though and the views are awesome.

Lost a stone since Xmas so by time bike is done I'll be flying up them.

Raleigh criterium in 501 tubing. Nice bike and pretty original, except new freewheel and hubs.

Pics will follow when it's done. Bulk of work has been polishing ali parts

That's the one. Got some tan sidewall tyres for £12 the pair for Michelin from decathlon.

I'm happy to answer any q's you have. Wife is never interested and my eldest loves bikes but not old ones so its nice to chat about them even in a digital form.
