stripped crank threads - help requested

Thanks again, while on the subject of grease can anybody recommend and good brands? the one I'm currently using is Weldtite with Teflon grease (red) which seems to separate in the tube as it comes out with a lot of oil surrounding it, I'm not sure this indicates it is acting as it should

I use Finish Line. It's white so it shows contamination. It doesn't separate and I have not had an issue in the cold with it. Works well.
Another one is the Motorex grease. But, it is very gooey. It is the same as what Shimano uses in their cable housings. I don't like it in housings, but it isn't bad in other applications.
First choice is Finish Line tho.
