Problem is that long stems were also all the rage when this type of cable routing was the latest thing.

I've been after one for months now and gave up in the end.

Settled for a 125mm Syncros without cable routing in the end which I was lucky to get for next to nothing from french ebay as the seller spelt Syncros wrong...

I now have a 150mm A-tac stem which apart from its immense length fulfils all your other requirements. You can have it for £23 posted to UK.
