How much difference in weight am I looking at from an alloy steerer to a steel one?

Depends on the length of the steerer surely?

If it's any helps alloy bars are about half the weight of a steel bar... so maybe 200-250g? Guessing here

Well windwave said they can press a new steerer into my old marz bombers, but its an extra £40 for an alloy steerer! Didn't know it was worth it
