I'm rubbish at those teaser build threads, so here it is... the frame is super ratty but looks solid enough.
What may be of interest is the hayes to flat mount adapter which allows the use of a modern flat mount brake.

Spooky... as in spooky bandwagon?! Never heard of this model.

It.. looks like a 2007 kona. Like the colour

The first incarnation of Spooky made quite a few different frames. The bandwagon and the metalhead are the best known, but there were also the pitboss, darkside (xc), junebug, supertouch (cx), plus some full sussers that i don't even know the names of and i think bmx frames too.

Can I ask how you removed the decals from the forks?
They were just stickers! They're a brand called Norton Shores. I bought the fork from german ebay because it was the only one i could find in the right length with a straight steerer and thru axle.

Ah ok, thought they were Exotic forks when I first looked at them.
