After careful consideration, I have decided to only sell the bike upon collection. So you can look at it in peace and decide whether you want it.

original state since 1992, used not often, cause have been disabled for about 25 years

a gripshift rubber has to be replaced or you stick something around it.
a few nuts and bolts need derusting.
There are a few scratches on the frame especially under the chain.

the bike tubes are new.
The bike repair shop says the bike is in good working order.

one of specilized rider care germany said that the bike doesn't exist very often and that it hasn't been manufactured for a very long time. I don't know how many were sold. So far I've only found three frames on the web. one in very bad condition, one shown here for $600 (ebay), and one that came with different parts. even with larger scratches. I bought my bike from FNC in berlin, a well known store.

maybe the only reason you can't find the bikes is because the name isn't on them? I've been looking for a long time too. Now I know.

it's correct. it's still a specialized bike and not a fake. Up to now I was too lazy to look for the receipt from 1992 in my thousands of boxes
