Re:

well the italian collection gets into the limelight

Callisto I suspect you have more of these in the garage

We unfortunately rarely see some somec in France or at least at reasonnable prices.

This one is awsome

Wow that's some paint job! Never seen that groupset with pantographing either, amazing, glad to hear it gets ridden it must attract a lot of attention.

A lot of attention!
really, people like this bike more than the new carbon bike..."the style remains over time"

you're right, it's hard to find groups of these years marked so 'much.
only small craft businesses as Somec, paletti, patelli, Chesini ecc used a massive mark to show the enormous quality and attention to detail.

the brand is famous, but the bikes are not manufactured in many examples ...

Somec as this is very rare and difficult to find!

and the price is always high ... but reflects the value of the bike

Re:

Finally some decent Italian bikes on display. A truly impressive collection!

Guess it is very hard to put a price on a beautiful rare bird like this.

Re:

Iride,Shed...thank you for the congratulations!

I think that sooner or later I will sell this bike to pay other restorations that I plan
(unforunately expensive restorations)

make the price for a bike like this is difficult.
you have to consider many factors ...

quality of frame and components, finishes, graphics, pantos, conservation status, rarity, and the average market value ... I think in due time

for now let's enjoy the bike

:D
