What a fantastic bike.
Can I ask what the wheels are? Such as the hubs and rims? I assume they're not Cannondale.
Also, Is the paintwork original?

The wheels are
- Excelioo drums on one side of the hub (I know, I never heard of that company either)
- half a hub the other side of the hub. I've seen something very similar on an acquaintance's wheelchair, but failed to find it on the internet so far
- Rigida rims
The wheels are identical and hence interchangeable (only the thread pattern will be the wrong way round if you do that). Great party trick.

As far as I know the paint is original. Looking at the transitions between paint and bare metal, I see no traces of other paint either. If it has been repainted, it was done properly.
The decal on the inside of the fork is a waterslide-type decal, so I assume that's original.
It still had a "Made in France" decal on it, although that is now so far gone that you can't read it anymore. I can't imagine someone repainting the bike and putting that back on.
