Kona Explosif frame

19 inch from centre to top

Date stamp 1991

Looking at the catalogues a metallic black colour makes it a pro model. Frame appears to be the same though.

Has various marks and scratches from use. Please inspect pics carefully. Has lots of rust spots where paint has chipped etc.

Looks like a 92> Seat clamp ontop of the seat-tube is a 93 clamp. The 91 had a welded closure with a QR bolt through, 92 has the clamp on ring type.

Yep and the gamble of whether it was knackered /Seatpost stuck / cracked etc

Nothing stopping anyone else buying it first and doing the work

Exactly mate.

The amount of bikes I take a punt on and they end up cracked , seized or lots of other issues after travelling hours and hours to collect but find a little gem and I should sell it for nothing by the sounds.

This Kona bloke actually said to me “if I try to move the Seatpost the price goes up”. So who else would of taken the punt .......
