Headtube/downtube lug has become partially unbonded, so this is not safe to ride!
FREE to anyone who wants to come and take it off my hands - I would just like someone to get some enjoyment out of the parts, mybe help to complete a retro build, rather than just chuck it in a skip.
Not prepared to strip it down, so no splits, sorry.
Collection only in Guildford, or would be prepared to drop it round to the local Pack & Send for dispatch at your cost.
