Sit up and beg/dutch/hybrid bars (or something similar!)

As per above,

Building up an old Raleigh Silhouette mixte into something that should be nice and comfortable for my other half. She has a Pashley Princess and likes the riding position with the wrap around bars and stem with some degree of rise to it.

So looking to see if anyone has a handlebar that meets my loose criteria - a picture would be great as well.

Also just seen the clamp for the bars is 25.4 and the clamp for the stem is 26mm. Do you have the shims?
