Shimano EF35 (Altus) RHS STI lever (8-speed)

The rear gear lever on my wife's bike has started to fail and while it would be the perfect opportunity to upgrade to something better and 9-speed, it would mean changing the gear shifters, brake levers, cassette and chain. It turns out that it's not a good time to do that as she's really just started riding again after a break of a few years, so I'd like to get it working as quickly as possible with a like-for-like swap with her existing ST-EF35 (Altus) unit. Does anyone have right-hand side STI lever like the one in the picture below? I could probably take a pair at the right price if I have to.

A pair of Alivios any help to you? These are 8 speed for V brake and in good working order, only a couple of light marks. £15 inc postage

Thanks for the offer (seems a very fair price!) - but if I'm going to have to change the pair of them over to get a matching set I'll probably take the chance to upgrade at the same time to something a bit higher.
