Service info for Rc36 evo111

Those are RC36 Evo Proclass, not Evo IIIs. Made in about 1998-9 as I remember.

I have the owners manual, but honestly they are pretty simple to dismantle, just undo the bolts in the bottom of the legs and pull them apart. Dismantling the spring stack is fairly self explanatory once apart.

The only thing I would say is that the damper is a job for someone who knows what they're doing so if that needs work send them to justbackdated (Tim). Oh, and new bushes means taking the alloy seal assembly off the carbon leg and re-bonding it after so that's not a DIY job either.

Just realised they are new forks.

Don't worry about it, there is a grease port at the top of each leg. Regular treatment with new Pace grease (ask JBD for a pot) will see them OK for a good few years. Mine have just had there first major service (new bushes and some work on the damper) after ten years (Thanks again Tim). ;)
