Looks like a scan from the Dirt magazine. Wonder if the 20mm axle and the disc versions ever got released?
I only ever saw the pics in Dirt, never saw a set out in the wild. I think they were more expensive than Big 'Uns?

They did indeed.

A friend has an original pristine pair, someone is now doing repos of them.

Looks like you could just stick a fat bike tyre straight on one and off you go..
