Me (again),
I’m after a new seat post for my Kona (27.0).
My dilemma is that after adding a 100mm front fork its tipped the saddle slightly upwards. The Tioga (please no comments) seatpost I’m using now is a twin bolt design that does allow for a bit of movement up and down but I don’t put much faith in the bolts.
I thought about using a 25.4 X-Lite Clikon and shimming it up to 27.0 but as I’m a reasonably hard rider and also some 15 stone I’m not sure if getting a thinner diameter post would make sense.
Any ideas? The movement does not need to be much but I would prefer something other than a single bolt. An SDG I beam would have been perfect but I can only find them in 27.2.
My bike can be seen in the gallery - the angle of the seat is not too obvious though

Many thanks,
