Scorpion Frame

Esoteric and rare Scorpion frame from the north east - I gifted it to a mechanic at my LBS some time ago as it didn't sell here. I saw it last week in the workshop and it is in the same condition. He will sell it for this week only, otherwise it will be consigned to a life of towing a kiddie chariot...
