I love royal mail.

And me! I did have three parcels to various parts of the country go missing last year, all sent at the same time, which ,made me a bit wary, but I'll still use Royal Mail in preference to anyone else for items less than 2' long.
ParcelForce, however, I wouldn't touch with a barge pole. I have NEVER had anthing delivered but them within the promised time.

And me. Always leave parcels around back for me. I dread the yodel cards.

I worked in the Gatwick sorting office one December. Since then I have always been amazed when something breakable comes through the post without getting broken. I have to say I haven't had anything broken through the post, but I sorted parcels so know what they go though.
