How much should I sell these two for and is anybody interested before I put them of EBay etc?
The Rixon frame was made by Rick Green in Handforth circa 2000. Good condition Aluminium frame. A few small chips (have photos of chips) in the paint work but no cracks or anything. Previous owner fitted Ambrosia carbon forks. I bought it a few months ago but it just wasn’t right for me so I’ve taken all parts off (pedals/crank will also be removed) and now selling the frame. I’ll be fitting the parts to a vintage road frame at some point when I find one.
The light blue Hanseat town bike (circa 80’s/90’s) I got in Germany in 2019 and have ridden approximately 3 times as it only has 7 gears and I live in hilly Cheshire so not a lot of use for it here. Very comfortable ride though for a town or city commuter. Thought it looked cool too but I need the space now so selling. Paintwork is in excellent condition almost zero rust. It works well but the brake cables need tightening/fitting. I tried and failed to do it myself. 5 min job for somebody not a complete novice like me. Comes with original steel mudguards.
I have more photos of both items if anyone wants to see more.
Thanks a lot.
