Build continues to evolve. I've swapped out the stem for a USE Vyce to match the post and bars. It's quite a bit lighter than the DMR Defy but it has a weird clamping mechanism. I've also added some SQLab "inner bar ends" to see what they're like. Oh and upgraded the brakes to XT.

I do like it, but my god it's a long bike. I'm wondering if I should have gone for a Cascade instead....

I've got an SRAM drivetrain and Shimano brakes. So I was tempted to get a Wolf Tooth ShiftMount to tidy things up. But £37 seems a bit steep!
