I had to admit defeat today I pre-rode a course for an enduro tomorrow - loads of roots, technical bits and bits where the front wheel felt like it was stalling. Although I rode it no bother on my 25 year old rigid steed, after 6 hours riding - and in the dark too, I reckon it won't be much fun. Dragged out the full susser when I got home
definitely horses for courses! First time I've ever passed up the retro - other than on a man made trail centre...
