Retro parts still in production

Was wondering what retro mtb parts are still in production today in their original form? I'm not talking brand names or parts that have evolved, anniversary editions etc, but parts that have not changed since '97 or before and have been made since on a continuous basis, not just old stock.

Here's a tentative list, in alphabetical order. Not 100% sure on some of them. It would be nice to put a release date on these too!

Brooks saddles
Chris King headset (nothreadset is debatable, since they recently adopted the split ring wedge thing)
Koolstop brake pads
Nitto bits (?)
Oury grips
Paul components
Phil Wood hubs, bb
Shimano may be able to lay claim to a few chains, cassettes, cables
Spokes (DT/Sapim/Wheelsmith)
Sugino chainrings (?)
Sun rims (?)
Tange bbs, headsets (?)
Velocity rims

It's a depressingly short list. Any others?

I think the DT spokes etc may have changed, even if you can't see it.

There are certainly seatposts SP-XXX and probably some Kalloys too.
But no doubt some part in it altered or was improved.
No doubt anything with ball bearings have changed suppliers through the years?
Even the Oury grips are now on a V2 model.
Shimano gear and brake cables and other makes.

It has been 24 years.

Good thread though, anything else

Interesting points, though where to draw the line???

Are there no pedals that have stood the test of time?

When the design changes?
Otherwise SACHS chains are still being made as are HG chains.

(re XT, I have a vague memory that the butting process changed, but this may have actually been in the mid or late 90s, I was hoping someone may remember).

I thought Sachs chains were made by sedis who sold off their bike chain production to whomever...sram?

Exactly ;-)

SRAM bought Sachs who owned Sedis.
Is the Sedissport chain still made, as such.
