Retro handlebars - help me identify these

Bonty Titec bars? Dont know what year they are, but look dead straight and shimed in the middle. Probably quite new though.

I have a 92 syncros catalogue that details it as the shotgun bar, with a monoshim. For 93 the shim became the "swiss-cheese monoshim" as it had holes in it. .
