Repairing aluminium frame cable guides

Has anyone got any advice on repairing ally frames where the cable guides have been broken off? I've got two frames in need of repair. I wondered if an epoxy type product (jB weld or similar) is likely to hold if a blob was applied and carefully filed once hardened, or if tig welding is the only option. A little concerned about the heat effect on the frame and the increased paint damage.

Cheers

That's an option I didnt know about, thanks. Not sure if triple ones will exist but I'll have a look.

drill it out and replace it with a rivet on. :)
As he said. If you look up rivet cable stop online you should find loads of options easily. Definitely easier than attempting to weld on and neater than bonding :)

EDIT - just seen your reply! Triple ones are out there, you just need to have a bit of a search to find the right one for your frame

I have a stock of rivet-on triples, designed for 31.8mm (black) and 35mmØ (silver) tubes, circled.
Alternatively, various single and double stops, hose guides etc. for welding or rivetting if that helps.
