Raleigh Team Banana - seatpost size

I have a Raleigh Team Banana frame (just the standard 18-23 tubing), Paul Sherwen edition. It currently doesn't have a seatpost and I was wondering if anyone knows definitively what the size might be on these? I've seen variously 26.2, 26.0 and 25.4 mentioned. I'm finding it hard to estimate without buying a load of seatposts - most spares I have are 27.2 which definitely doesn't fit!

At the risk of not seeming to (but trying to) be helpful get yourself a caliper gauge.

Thanks - I do have one somewhere actually! I just thought that it might be difficult to get a good internal reading if it's not quite round, or if the clamp area skews the measurement. Must admit I've only really used it for external measurements before. I'll give it a go though
