Mongoose did a neat reissue of their 1979 bikes backin 2005.
Or theres actually more fun in getting proper sold school bits off ebay or other places and building the retro bmx you always wanted whenyou were 15!
Just completing a Diamond Back (when they were good!) reto myself. Never really did mechanics til this, bought a toolit and learning off youtube. I'd never stripped a bike down to its f&f, split a crank off a bottom bracket, or taken bearings out of hiubs for greasing before.
Realised what I've been missing all this time!
