Sorry, should have explained myself better - if the saddle top is set at 75cm (not mm!) from the crank spindle, then a spirit level placed level going from the saddle to the handlebars, what is the drop from the underside of the level to the handlebars?

It is 18 cm to the drops

Thanks - I think this is going to be a little small for me.

However I'm in the Wirral in early August, so if it's still for sale then maybe I can come and view it..
